Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PDF Image Extractor ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Upload only PDFs that you have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to probe or breach the security of the Service.
• Do not store or transmit malicious code, infringing content, or personal data without consent.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance each month through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. File retention

Free tier uploads are deleted after 60 minutes. Premium uploads are retained for 30 days or until manually removed. You are responsible for exporting and backing up assets.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. We receive a limited license to process and host files solely to provide the Service.

6. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice before material changes take effect.
